"There are a ton of features here..."
There are a ton of features here, which is great, but I’ll admit it can take me a little while to figure out which script I actually need. Once I find the right one, though, it usually does the job.

aescripts + aeplugins has saved me from so many tiny After Effects headaches that used to feel absolutely endless. Stuff that used to eat up way too much of my day is now just a few clicks, which feels kind of magical when you're buried in a project. Downloads and licenses have been painless too, so no extra drama there. I don’t need every single script on the site, but the ones I actually use all the time are 100% worth it. If you spend a ridiculous amount of time in AE like I do, this site is a total game changer.

I bought a plugin and the purchase itself went through fine, so no issues there. The only thing was the seller took a while to reply, and that part was weird. The site seems okay overall, but I’d definitely check the seller’s reviews before buying anything.

"Feels like my go-to spot for AE tools"
I’ve been using aescripts often, it feels like they have almost everything I end up needing for After Effects. At least for my workflow, it’s super convenient having both the little utility scripts and the bigger plugins in one place. It saves me from bouncing around a bunch of different sites trying to hunt things down.

I’ve grabbed a few scripts from aescripts + aeplugins they’ve saved me a ton of time. The prices feel fair when you compare it to doing everything manually. Some tools are kinda hit or miss, not gonna lie, but overall it’s solid value for the money.

"Activation was a little annoying"
I bought a couple of plugins and the download part went fine, but umm, the activation was kind of confusing. I had to log in again and retry the license before it finally worked. It got sorted in the end, just wasn’t the smoothest experience

It works okay for the most part, but I’ve run into a few random bugs here and there. Nothing totally deal-breaking, but I’m a bit tired of always having to troubleshoot little issues with services like this. I just want it to work without thinking about it

I was actually surprised how decent the marketplace felt. It’s not packed with a bunch of random junk, and finding useful tools was easy. That one part could maybe be clearer, but overall it felt well put together.

I really appreciate that so many tools on aescripts have trials or demo versions. It just makes the whole thing feel way less stressful before spending money. I tried a couple out first, and it definitely saved me from just guessing and hoping for the best. Overall, it felt easy and kind of reassuring.
